12,November 2020.Fervent Architects & Engineers has been appointed as an Architectural and engineering consultant for A 15 story mixed use building with two basement 320,000 sft [more or less] at Jatrabari ,Dhaka North.
It is going to be an exclusive Mixed use building consisting of Shops, Office spaces, Restaurant, Multipurpose building, Gym, swimming pool with many other facilities.
Md Abdur Rahman Nipu, Chairman of Fervent Ltd. & Md Kamrul Hasan, Managing director was present in the agreement ceremony.
This project is a 320,000 sft [more or less] proposed project.
